Products must be returned in perfect condition, with their labels and protective sleeve, otherwise they cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Return procedure
If a product is not to your liking, you have 14 days from receipt to return it to us.

1/Use the GLS return label included in your parcel.

2/Drop it off at the nearest GLS relay point

3/Once the parcel has been received and checked at our premises, we will issue a credit note or a refund, depending on your choice.

Make sure the returned product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
