SNAP is a French company, subject to French company law. As such, should any contentious issues arise, they will be dealt with in accordance with said law. In the unlikely event that such matters should come before a court, the court will be that of the locality of SNAP's registered office - the Tribunal de Grande Instance d'Annecy.
