Si un produit ne vous convient pas, vous disposez d’un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception pour nous le retourner.

1/Utilisez l’étiquette GLS de retour incluse dans votre colis.

2/Déposez-le dans le point relais GLS le plus proche

3/Une fois le colis reçu et contrôlé dans nos locaux, nous procéderons à un avoir ou à un remboursement, selon votre choix.

Assurez-vous que le produit retourné soit en parfait état, non utilisé et dans son emballage d’origine.
