If a product does not suit you, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to return it to us.

1/Use the tag GLS return included in your package.

2/Drop it onto the relaying point GLS nearest

3/once the package is received and checked at our premises, we will proceed to a credit or a refund, according to your choice.

Make sure that the returned product is in perfect condition, not used and in its original packaging.
